Some children are naturally fearless when it comes to theme park rides. I know my daughter is. Were it not for height requirements, she would’ve happily boarded Lightning Rod at age two.
Have you thought about purchasing a Dollywood season pass?
The Christmas season is upon us! With that begins the start of Dollywood’s annual Smoky Mountain Christmas festival.
Looking back, I’m always struck by the sheer number of memorable Dollywood visits we’ve had as a family.
It’s no secret Dollywood is a popular place to visit.
Over the previous summer, we took a WDW trip that was way more crowded than I had anticipated. The frustration that came along with this miscalculation meant I was much less likely to break out the camera and take family photos over the course of the trip.
I’ve found that, as odd as it may seem, a park showing no availability on the reservation calendar doesn’t necessarily mean there’s no availability.
Something that kind of caught me off-guard, even as a long-time WDW visitor, is the idea that you can’t purchase a park ticket if the park availability calendar shows all four parks at capacity (greyed out) for the day you’re planning to visit.
